The 12th Hampden District consists of the northern part of East Longmeadow (Precincts 1, 2A, 3A, and 4A), the northwest part of Monson (Precinct A), the eastern part of Springfield (Ward 5 Precincts D and G, Ward 7 Precincts B, C, D, E, F, G, H1, Ward 8 Precincts B1 and G), and all of Wilbraham.
